Decent experience, specific product issue
I ordered an ESP32 Development Board and a couple of Ultrasonic Sensors. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no real hiccups there. Delivery took about 5 days to reach my address, which is acceptable. The ESP32 worked perfectly right out of the box, just as expected. However, one of the Ultrasonic Sensors seemed faulty; it wasn't providing consistent readings. I didn't contact support yet, but it's a minor annoyance. Everything else was fine, and the parts were well-packaged.
